Its literally right next to the parking lot, easily walkable. There is plenty of parking and the condo fit two families of four comfortably. "We had a great weekend in Big Bear. The house was clean and super cute. The kitchen was fully functional and we made several meals. We really like that each room had a Roku TV so people could relax around the house. There was a large front and back lawn for playing in the snow and Alpine Slide Park was right down the road. The hot tub was also clean and worked well. Highly recommend!"
