"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"I made this reservation on expedia. I the called the property to confirm. I was told that they were full and could bot honor the reservation. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. "We couldn’t find Duros Apartment but found that it is inside Padgett Place after going to and fro along Molave. Expedia could have mentioned that when booking unless they didn’t know either. The apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms is good , spacious but the kitchen was lacking utensils (set of fork, knives, plates, etc.) and we couldn’t toast our bread slices. "Fairly clean however the property could do with refurbishment. Staff were very friendly and helpful, overal very good stay"

"Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. "

"Excellent view on both side of the ocean. Concerns were not enough towel bars especially there were 5 people in my party, hooks for clothes, glass toilet paper roll cover keeps dropping & there were many mini ants. Great shower heads but the glass partition was short it gets the floor wet. It needed a foot wider."

"Pretty nice place and has good room amenities. There are quite a few restaurants in the connecting plaza. There's a safe in the room. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are stocked. The pool is cold and indoor. The hot tub on the rooftop was not working."

"We extended our 1 night stay. The room is not overly spacious but it’s clean, nice and having breakfast included is nice. Some foods are interesting for breakfast but it’s Asia! We appreciated the airport shuttle. Staff are very friendly and welcoming!!"

"Staff is UNMATCHED and superb. Hotel sits right on the beach with 2 pools. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. We only walked on the beach because it was just too hot to sit out there. Breakfast buffet had everything, Asian and western. There are plenty of activities to do on the resort. We saw people snorkeling, doing yoga, playing volleyball, etc. They have 24-hrs room service, which was great because we checked into our hotel about 10pm so was able to order food also. Our room was spacious with partial ocean view, which I paid for full ocean view. We were in Tower C, the next building blocked out the right side of the ocean view. The rug and end of bed chair had stains and the rug had a "lift" that me and my husband constantly tripped over. It was annoying. The hotel is far from the city. We had to get a Grab to go outside the resort and get food. The hotel is very nice but the surrounding areas are not, which is beyond the hotel's control. This is also the first hotel that I have ever been in that has TSA xray machine with walk through metal detectors. Good to know that the staff cares about our safety. The whole city has tons of security. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. "
