"Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter. "

"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. "

"Convenient location close to the night markets and restaurants. There is a market inside the building to buy basic supplies. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. "There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."
