"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"I arrived at the property and on the second day one of the employees entered my unit and stoled a brand new cell phone that l had bought for my fiance for a gift out of the closet where l put it. The management was continuasly denying that it was stolen and tried to cover up the theft. "We couldn’t find Duros Apartment but found that it is inside Padgett Place after going to and fro along Molave. Expedia could have mentioned that when booking unless they didn’t know either. The apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms is good , spacious but the kitchen was lacking utensils (set of fork, knives, plates, etc.) and we couldn’t toast our bread slices. "My fiance I had a wonderful time here. We had an easy check-in and check-out process. The apartment was clean and conveniently located in the heart of the city. We were within walking distances to grocery stores and great restaurants, and if we needed a taxi or jitney they were right there too. We would highly recommend staying here. "What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. "
