"There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . "Ppl are pushy on tours (commission) . Kicked us out of the room we were in because they forgot someone rented our room out for the whole year. Which was fine because they upgraded our room. Then when it came time to check out. They wanted to pay my fiancé back my security deposit on Gcash. Instead of giving me back my security deposit. Ultimately I got back but I had to put up a fight to get my deposit back... could have been a way better experience..."

"The unit itself has great facilities and situated in a very convenient location. The owner/caretaker is also nice. What I just don't like is they put platic sheets right under the thin bedcover...very uncomfortable. The plastic sheet is also torn into half so it moves, i couldn't sleep and their blankets are thin so you have to turn off the ac so you wont feel cold..the room slippers provided are also dirty and stinky. But the unit is nice and clean. Hotels.com doesn't also tell you that there...

"Wonderful stay for our family of 6 -Daily housekeeping -Friendly, helpful and professional staff -Fantastic location for restaurant's, shopping, etc.. At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. The hotel sits behind the Gaisano Country Mall and it is a very easy walk to shop. Plenty of different places to eat. Feels safe, and if you need...
