"Pete was a great host. He was very accommodating. The house was very large and there was plenty of room for 11 moms to get together and have great talks, relax and enjoy the town. Would highly recommend this house. there were plenty of activities in the basement we could play. The weekend went by so fast, we wished we could have stayed another night or two. Thanks Pete!! "

"The unit was set up nicely and accommodated the 4 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Glad it had a garage because street parking would have been difficult. Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us. "

"This rental was perfect for our annual get-together which included daily trips to Philadelphia. The large dining room table was perfect for evening board games and beds were comfortable. The driveway is a little tricky but manageable. We only encountered very minor older house issues - a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, refrigerator outlet breaker turned off once, and a bathroom sink faucet that turned back on if you turned it all the way to the left. "Anne was extremely flexible letting us check in early and checkout late…the late checkout was extremely nice given the time change. House was well stocked and clean. Perfect location…6 blocks from some of the fun spots on South street and walkable to many other places. I would stay here again. "

"A perfect home base for a small family traveling to Philadelphia. Everything is within walking distance and has easy access to public transit. Staff was great and responsive, there are just a few cosmetic issues with hallways and overall wear and tear in the rooms that could be addressed. We will be staying again."
