This cruise ship's 1-night, 2-day itinerary includes the following: 1st Day (Hanoi to Bai Tu Long Bay): Check-in at Ancora Lounge at Sun Group Harbour by noon. Embarkation 12:30-1 PM. Cruise toward Bai Tu Long Bay, while having buffet lunch. From 3:30-4:45 PM, explore Vung Vieng floating village via row boat or kayak. Return to boat at 5 PM for optional evening activities, including spa, sunbathing, or beverage at the bar. Anchor at Cong Do for overnight. Cooking demonstration on the sundeck or restaurant at 6:40 PM. Dinner is served in the restaurant at 7:30. Evening activities include night fishing, spa services, drink service, or relaxation on the deck. Last day: After Tai Chi on the sundeck and light breakfast, visit Thienh Canh Son Cave. After check-out by 9 AM, brunch is served while the boat returns to Sun Group Harbor for disembarkation by 11 AM. The 2-night, 3-day itinerary includes the above, as well as the following: 2nd Day: After Tai Chi on the sundeck and light breakfast, transfer to a day boat to explore the Cong Dam area’s beaches by kayak or swimming. Return to boat for set menu lunch. At 3:30 PM, return to Ancora boat and views of sunset over Halong Bay. Cooking demonstration on the sundeck or restaurant at 6:30 PM. Dinner is served in the restaurant at 7:30-9 PM. Last day: After Tai Chi on the sundeck and light breakfast, visit Thienh Canh Son Cave. After check-out by 9:30 AM, brunch is served while the boat returns to Sun Group Harbor for disembarkation by 11 AM. Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions without prior notice. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.
Guests must contact the cruise office 24 hours in advance of arrival with their passport information, birthday, and Visa expiry details to register with the Halong Bay Port Authority. A valid passport is required for all guests and must be presented at time of boarding. Children must board with their parents. Guests who are denied boarding for not presenting valid passports for inspection by police and port authorities will not receive refunds. AMAZING cruise in Ha Long Bay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating and always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our room was very comfortable with an incredible view! Definitely recommend!

Do not book with this company, it is a scam. I travelled to Ha Long bay to be told there is no cruise. Ancora refuse to give me a refund and Hotels.com cannot or will not help. I have been using Hotels.com for many years both business and please, they have lost my custom.

We did the two night cruise, the food was really good, had a lovely spacious room with large balcony and the staff were very attentive. However, would have preferred a more relaxed programme as there seemed to be a lot of activities to get through but that is perhaps a personal preference. Although we enjoyed the cruise we were on, it wasn’t the cruise we had booked, they changed us to another ship with a different itinerary without consulting us.

das personal war überaus lieb und freundlich Leider dachte ich man würde mit dem Schiff rumfahren. Dabei fährt man 1-2 Stunden in eine Bucht und legt da bis zur Abreise an. Das ist jedoch auf allen Schiffen so! Das Essen auf dem Schiff ist gesetzt. Es gibt zu keiner Zeit ein Buffet. Das Essen ist jedoch sehr gut und vielfältig. Es wird auch angepasst sollte man etwas nicht mögen. Die Zimmer verfügen weder über WLAN oder Kühlschrank und haben keine Ablagefläche. Ansonsten sind sie etwas klein aber total ok. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon. Das Wasser war immer warm. Wir sind 2 Nächte geblieben und ich kann sagen 1 Nacht reicht wirklich. Der 2. Tag ist ein langweiliger Ganztags Ausflug wo sie einen auf ein kleines Boot abschieben, damit neue Gäste geholt werden können. Die Ausflüge am ersten Tag und auch vor der Abreise sind wirklich schön.

We got transferred to ancorna sister cruse Dynasty cruise. These were some of the best meals weve had in vietnam, the trip was well put together with cave tours and kayaking. Highly recommended!

It's a new hotel. We got upgraded to the deluxe room. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good with Vietnamese and western food. Staff are very friendly and courteous, nothing is too much, we wanted to have massage and the hotel staff drove us there free of charge. They also arranged shuttle bus to Hanoi for us. There was an electrical problem that caused the power in the room to go off and on several times at night of our stay, they fix the problem reasonably fast and couldn't apologize enough for the trouble.

雖然與我們當時訂的房間不一樣.不過很快提供了解決方案也幫我們升級到總統套房.對於此次住宿很滿意唯一需改進的是浴室的沐浴乳架設計不良.沐浴乳瓶容易掉下來打破.工作人員來整理時還說我們已是入住第4個客人遇到這種問題.結帳時還要我們賠.既然已知道有這種問題為何還讓他一再發生

Great Cruise but really disappointed..
Great 2 night cruise, but it was not well satisfied as comparing what I paid unfortunately. Two days breakfast were same although the menu said “traditional Vietnam breakfast”. Fantastic of cave tour, but not much explanation of history behind and sharing how Vietnam treats the nature of caves. Nobody watched our canoeing on sea which was dangerous in case someone needs any help.. I expected the service level, but the price of cruise was very high. Although Angola team arranged my family to a taxi to airport, we should pay double fee to a taxi driver although Angola paid already... we will not come back to this cruise in any future.

최악입니다!!! 제가 5월 3-5일까지 2박3일 예약을 하고 결제도 미리 다 했습니다 그런데 5월 2일 제가 머무는 하노이 호텔로 직원이 찾아와서 베트남 정부에서 안전상의 이유로 출항을 못해서 다른 크루즈로 옮겨준다는 말을 하고 다른 크루즈로 예약을 해 놨다고하더군요 이것까지는 이해했어요 그럴 수 있다고 생각했으니까요 그런데 다음날 픽업차량이 최악의 일반 버스가 왔습니다 저희 아버지가 허리 디스크 환자인데 이 버스를 타고 가서 다른 크루즈 탑승해서 2박 3일동안 컨디션이 안 좋아서 누워계셨습니다 너무 속상해서 인터넷 카페에 글을 여기저기 올렸더니 베트남에서 다른 손님을 받기 위해 기존 손님을 쫒는 행위라고 한인 여행사에서 댓글을 남겼더군요 비서양권 고객들중에서 그리고 웹사이트로 예약한 고객중에서 일방적으로 취소한다고 이 글을 보고 너무 화가 나서 후기를 남깁니다!!!!! 앙코라 크루즈는 아시아권 시람들은 이용하지 않는게 좋을 듯 합니다!!!!! 하롱베이로 가는 버스 안에서 제가 한국에 있는 가족에게 연락을 해서 호텔스닷컴에 이 상황을 전달했고 호텔스닷컴에서 저에게 연락을 주어서 버스는 편도로 이용한 비용은 안 받더군요 앙코라 크루즈는 제가 5월 2일 저녁부터 여러번 보낸 메일에 딥도 없더니 호텔스 닷컴과 연락하고 나서 답메일을 주더군요 결과적으로 앙코라보다 훨씬 좋은 곳에서 보낼 수 있어서 저희 가족에게는 좋았지만 정말 화가 납니다!!! 5/3-5/5일 출항을 안했다고했는데 제가 모든 sns를 찾아서 그날 출항한 사실이 확인되면 더욱강력하게 항의할 것 입니다!!!!

We arrived and checkin was good, our room was great with large tub. The food was same for both days - not very tasty - lacked seasoning. breakfast was buffet, lunch they serve and dinner buffet again. boring food. we did the events which was great, it is a nice boat. I would do it again

Beautiful stay
Ancora has really beautiful ship with beautiful room. Hanging out at the balcony, dipping in the jacuzzi bathtub or just chilling on the bed, you will always see the beautiful Halong Bay from your room. The shuttle bus was on time and the overall staff's helpfulness is great. The activities are standard and you can opt out. The food is average but I was there for the experience, not the food.
