"Spacious, with balcony. Overlooking Sunworld. Excellent location. It is old, carpets are worn out, also dirty. Other than that value for money. Breakfast was excellent buffet with lots of variety. "

Me and my friend stayed there for work purposes and ended up leaving early just because of their poor treatment. All the time there we were treated like strangers, no one in the staff knew we were guests, so we were questioned who we were at many times. They had a wedding one day and a conference one day, so they refused us entrance to the restaurant. After...

"Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Room had sea view. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had excellent food selections to choose from but pricy. The only thing I would recommend improving on were the quality and tastes of the dinner dishes. The seafood was not fresh as I expected from a seaside town and the steak and pepper sauce were cold. The tastes needs to justify for the price. I would recommend grabbing dinner elsewhere. Overall, I recommend this hotel for the stay in Ha Long Bay!"
