"Gorgeous hotel nestled next to the historic lighthouse. Front desk check in was very helpful especially with parking which is crazy expensive in key west. Room was beautifully decorated in calming colors. Grounds were beautiful especially after the hustle and bustle of Duval st or a day on the water. Good breakfast to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"The beach area was well kept with many lounges, chairs, umbrellas. The beach attendant Jeremy was lazy and disappointing, he sat most of the time, but Peter was very accommodating, he never stopped and couldn't do enough to please the guests. The restaurant was right there at the beach, the food was okay but we preferred to go into town which was a short walk. Coffee purchased at the beach area was good but expensive. I expected free coffee in the lobby or some common area, the expresso in the room was good. The rooms were clean with adequate storage area for hanging and a chest of draws. There are many beautiful pools which were very well maintained with ample towels available. Check in and out was very quick and easy. Roosters are everywhere on the island no matter where you stay, you may need earplugs so there do not wake you in the AM. You are not allowed on the beach until 7:00 which is disappointing since I like to start the day sipping coffee at the beach around 6:00- 6:30 AM, also the coffee shop at the beach opens at 7:00. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend Southernmost Resort to anyone!"

"This property has been newly renovated and is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and lush with palm trees and other tropical flora. The pool bar area was also nice and the bartenders were great. There were still some renovations being done during our stay but the staff did try to accommodate by letting us use amenities at adjacent properties. It’s not in the heart of the action, but they have transport that can take you there. We enjoyed our stay at this property."
