"Beautiful property. Really unique and special. The buggies around the property are really efficient so being on the hill is not an issue - just amazing views. Staff in restaurants are amazing and food options are good value and delicious. Staff in reception not very good. You do not feel there is anyone in charge. Check in process is poor. Rooms are dark. "The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "
