"Beautiful property. Really unique and special. The buggies around the property are really efficient so being on the hill is not an issue - just amazing views. Staff in restaurants are amazing and food options are good value and delicious. Staff in reception not very good. You do not feel there is anyone in charge. Check in process is poor. Rooms are dark. Beach not as nice as many on the island. "

"Good hotel in a good location. Very high level of service. A charming little street full of restaurants and bars leads out of the hotel. Not very accessible for disabled people, for example lots of stairs to the pool. In addition, the rooms are small and outdated. The staff is exceptional."

"The rooms were nestled into beautiful foliage for privacy. The gardens as a whole were lovely and well tended. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble.
