"Very unique hotel. The entire staff is fantastic, helpful, friendly, speaks great English. Hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate. Rooms are decent size and the entire experience was fabulous. This will be our go to Hotel when in Lisbon and soon in Porto. Clean, safe, easy to get to public transportation. Uber is quick to show up. Great location to hit all you want to see in Lisbon. Do not hesitate to book a room here."

"The Hotel staff were completely and utterly amazing during our time there. They honored our early check in which was amazing as we had just arrived on the red-eye from New York. The Hotel itself was clean and trendy with a beautiful bar in the lobby and had a gorgeous scent throughout the place. Our room was beautiful and we had a lovely view."

"The hotel reception staff were excellent and especially cortina, she was superb. In terms of the hotel didn't receive any vip benefits or upgraded rooms. My room got 2 single beds although we were a couple with a child. A king bed would have been nice. Hotel needs a refurb as it’s getting worn down. Otherwise no other issues. Breakfast was decent."

"We had a great stay at Locke de Santa Joana. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean and well-organised. It was just a couple of minutes’ walk from the metro station and bus stops, from which it was a short ride into the centre. It was a great base for exploring Lisbon. "
