"Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc."

"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. Free parking in the courtyard and just a few minute walk to center of town. Owner was very friendly and offered travel tips."

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. The Breakfast has a varied menu which caters for everybody and is delicious and well presented and perfectly cooked by Duncan.
