"Before my trip, I had a billing issue due to a new card and worked with the host to switch it. Host was patient and responsive. Got in easily, it's such a cute little place, impressive view, and balcony to enjoy it on. When we went there was some pier construction, but the ocean waves drowned out the machinery, and the construction crew is gone by dinner. Place was a good size for my partner and I. Kitchen decently stocked, we bought a couple cooking utensils for our ease of use but that was out...

"Place was fine for what we needed. Not high end but not low end either. Although the property is a little bit dated, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were definitely family focused. The location right on the beach and the middle of the island was as good as it gets. Overall we had a positive experience and would recommend this property for families."

"The property is beautiful!!! We will be back. Hot water works 1/4 of the time the rest good luck getting it hot. The cleaners arent doing a great job but the bed linens were clean and the views are amazing. You cannot stay at a better place for the price. "

"This condo was perfect for what we needed - just 2 of us, beautiful ocean view from the 14th floor, comfortable king bed,well-stocked kitchen. Good wi-fi (I worked from there for 2 days). Quiet at night. Also a good location. Very nice! "

"Can’t beat the views, privacy, location, and space. 1 mile walk to Boardwalk area. Beach at your back door. Sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Condo is very clean, equipped, and spacious. Great beds, living area and beach equipment that make for worry-free stay! Pools not indoor or heated…as you may assume from posting. Property owners take great pride in the condo, are responsive to needs, and all information/check in & out is a breeze. Great option for MB!"

"Resort was a great location to beach and local businesses. Great views. Some days the parking lot was full and I had to wait until someone left to get a parking spot. I would recommend an inspection, there were able of bugs in the unit. Also some new patio chairs would be great!"

"Great location! Overall, the condo was clean. We did find a dirty q-tip and a child’s slipper under a bed. I recommend the owners spend some money for new headboards. Every time you turned over during the night, the headboards would squeak.The layout was great for a large group. The location was close to many activities. The wraparound balcony was awesome. Even though it was too cold for the beach, we were very close."

"Exactly as pictured beautiful views, everything was wonderful a couple of points one the cleaners need to do a better job with the woodwork there were spots and stains on almost all of the woodwork, especially in the bathroom, the woodwork and door frames and everything in the entire condo need to be repainted, they are a little knicked up The bed that is closest to the door needs to the mattress replaced. It is sagging terribly. I have a bad back and it was torture on my back. You couldn’t...

"The only horrible thing to me and my husband was the mattress was hard as bricks! It hurt my back and hips! The pillows were so soft I had a sore neck. I the bathroom with all that space the toilet was so small I thought it was a kindergarten toilet. I had to hold on to the door to pull myself up and down!"
