"We absolutely LOVED this place. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the essentials. However, the tile around the bathroom (near the kitchen) was cracked and the toilet knob was chipped in the bathroom (in the bedroom). The floor needed to be swept, but it wasn't too bad. The cons are just minor issues in my opinion. This was a great place to stay our ONLY issue was we wasn't able to get Ocean Front. They were all full, but we did have Ocean View. "Our group came to Myrtle for a dance competition at the convention center which was a short 10 min drive away. The house was fabulous! So much room for our group to spread out, great kitchen for cooking and only a 5 min walk to the beach. We loved all the beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and cooler for use at the beach. Only recommendation would be to have some beach towels:) also a Starbucks right across the street . Publix grocery store a 5 min drive away and plenty of restaurants...

"This house is nicely laid out with lots of space for several people. The upholstered furniture in the living room could use some deep cleaning. But other than that, everything was great."

"The property is beautiful in a great location and close to everything. It was well stocked, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The welcome snacks and drinks were a deal breaker. I even enjoyed the welcome sign with our names on it. I would give this property 10stars if I could. We can't wait to return in the future!!!!"
