I have booked many ocean front properties and at every single one have had beach chairs and unbrellas for use within the condo, this one did not have that and that is a big missed point in my opinion. "The room was filthy on checkin and the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. The property never cleaned the room before our check in or at anypiint during the stay. My wife and I cleaned the whole place just so we could sit and use the place. The smell stuck to everything and caused the entire family to have sinus issues. We checked out a couple days early because we couldnt deal with it anymore. The worst place we stayed at yet in Mrtyle Beach."

"The online picture was fabulous however when I checked in I was given a very different condo. Take a look at the pictures of the listing and notice the ocean view, you can see that you are looking out of at least the 7th or 8 floor level, when you compare it to the Dunes complex next door. We aere given a room on the 3rd floor, 317 to be precise, and we looked out to the parking lot of the Dunes resort. The room was disgustingly dirty, I took at least 15 to 18 pictures of the lack of cleanliness...

"Been here multiple times since 2017, prices have doubled since original visit but through sun and snow vacations was able to secure it close to original price in 2017. Place is very nice very roomy, its clean and the 3 pools and kiddie area are all very well maintained. Accommodations are on par, very close to all attractions.
