"We really enjoyed our stay at Sonder Arlo. It’s very well located, close to restaurants, bars, shops and sights. The apartment was spacious, quiet, clean and beautifully furnished. Having a kitchen was very nice, even for a short stay. Easy, contactless check in and out using the Sonder app. We requested an extra blanket at the front desk, the staff was so nice and promptly sent someone with a blanket. The apartment heating could have been better and we thought some basic things like body lotion, additional hooks for winter coats and towels were lacking, but overall it was excellent. Next time if during winter, I’d request that they heat the room before arrival and include slippers. We really appreciated getting a free upgrade prior to arrival and I’d definitely stay here again."
