"Comfortable staff, cozy hotel with a great view of the balcony and a good location but a very small room and a particularly small shower cubicle, a bigger man would not fit in. Ventilation nonexistent and apparently mold in the corners of the roof."

"I had a studio (north) room. It is spacious and bathroom is modern. The room has a balcony with mountain view. Full kitchen. Not far from train station but in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Indoor pool is also a plus. Like the place very much."

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Hotel was super nice. The room was modern and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had many delicious items. Breakfast room has view to the Matterhorn. There are many restaurants and shops close by. Steps to the Matterhorn museum and viewpoint. Everything is really walking distance."
