"Stayed 5 days to explore Phoenix and surrounding area. Enjoyed three Spring Training games and relaxed at the pool one day. Nice casita-perfect for 2-3 people. Beautiful yard and surrounding area. We would stay again. Thank you!"

"This property is exceptionalIt’s quiet well kept and in a beautiful neighborhood If this property fits your criteria don’t hesitate book now bc the pool and 2 pickle courts in great condition are just a bonus. I had a yoga instructor come for a private class on the pool deck in the morning sun. It was 4 days I will not soon forget. "This rental was very clean and comfortable, with pleasing decor. The mini fridge was stocked along with a snack basket. Corinne offered freshly baked treats for breakfast. We were invited to relax in the backyard, which was nicely landscaped. We would recommend the establishment for a wonderful alternative to hotels. "

"The property was just as pictured. Very clean and quiet. Had everything I needed. I made some meals for my daughter who I was visiting. Perfect spot."

"Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response."

"This beautiful casita was perfect for our 3-day business trip. The Casita absolutelu perfect in every way - it was clean, well decorated, had treats for us to munch on, the beds were super comfy, and it had alot of extras which was impressive! "We stayed at this property over spring break with family and friends. When looking at properties; we were looking for a property between certain ballparks. This property was right in the middle, and great location. We enjoyed the neighborhood, accessibility to ballparks, grocery stores, restaurants and breweries. The backyard was awesome, our teens enjoyed corn hole along with the pool, and the adults enjoyed the bar area and the pool. We felt like we were at home in this property. "
