The owner is super on top of things and will answer any questions and handle your problems. The cons are that the front lights are dim (hard to see key panel), there was no owner's manual for operating the hot tub, no garage use, it felt like it needed a deeper cleaning, and there was no welcome message or key to walk our dog.
