"Staff were friendly and professional especially the gentleman who checked us in and the gentleman who checked us out. Room was a good size for a short break, the bed was comfortable too. Metro/Bus & Train station are a 5 min walk. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the freshly made breakfast omelette’s were excellent and meats & cheeses were delicious."

"The studio room was nice and faced the courtyard. The laundry machine in the room saved us time. The hotel staff was great, and the location was great. Close to the subway and with good dining options around."

"At the breakfast buffet, I noticed a child cough in his hands and touch several pieces of bread with the hand that he coughed in. I immediately went and told the hostess so that she can replace the bread. She casually walked over to the basket and went into the back. She said something to a gentlemen and then went back to the hostess stand. She never replaced the bread. This is unsanitary practices and could get everyone sick. If it wasn’t for that, everything would have been great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was excellent, and my room was clean and modern. "
