"Great hotel - service was excellent for our 4 night stay. Hotel staff, especially all at the front desk are very pleasant and happy to assist. Location is perfect for getting around with the Central train station a 10 min easy walk away. Hotel is spotless, beds are very comfortable, and very quiet. The buffet breakfast is also great value and would recommend for some breakfasts. Great bike rental right across the street from the main entrance (highly recommend this mode of transportation) in Amsterdam! Overall 10/10 hotel with zero complaints! We will stay here again on our next visit. "

"Although Hotels.com cancelled my reservation from the hotel instead of showing me as a no-show for late check-in, hotel staff was extremely helpful for finding a solution at the spot. I might not have a place to stay if it wasn't for their incredible kindness to offer me one of the available rooms. I'm terribly sorry that I forgot her name but If i remember correctly Mariana(The hotel manager) is one of the nicest people you can find around Amsterdam. Thanks to her and other crew members for their kindness and helpfullness. In addition you can rent a bike from the hotel also, so that was a great plus for me.
