I'm terribly sorry that I forgot her name but If i remember correctly Mariana(The hotel manager) is one of the nicest people you can find around Amsterdam. Thanks to her and other crew members for their kindness and helpfullness. In addition you can rent a bike from the hotel also, so that was a great plus for me.
