"We had to leave a day early. There was construction going on next to us which we were not told about ahead of time. They are building more bungalows. Between the open netting at the ceiling and windows without curtains, it was noisy and we had no privacy. In addition we waited 15 minutes and didn’t get hot water for the shower the last two mornings we were there. The beach was not walking distance as advertised. "Hotels.com has the location marked wrong on the map. It is NOT anywhere close to the beach. Luckily I was able to hitch a ride into Tamarindo and get a rental car for the duration of my stay. I probably would not have considered this place if it was marked correctly on the map, but I'im glad I stayed here. That being said, everything else about this place is great! Nice modern kitchen and outdoor grill. Everything was newly renovated and very clean. AC was nice and cold. My only gripe was that...
