"When we arrived there were live wasps in one of the bedrooms. We called and within the hour someone was there to remove the wasps and the nests. The response was fast but it was upsetting to walk into. It did not ruin our stay but it would have been nice to have it addressed prior to walking into it. The house is well stocked and comfortable. We all said we would stay there again. "

"Our stay was overall really good.We did get a very wet weekend and we didn't know that to go from the kitchen to the rooms/bathroom we had to pass through the open patio, so we'd get wet and the floor got soaked as we came in and out.Other than that we had a lovely stay! The hot tub worked well, we watched DVDs and were able to prepare all our meals.I'd definitely come back."

"Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county."

Everything in the listing is exactly as described; the house is very well-appointed, the bedrooms, beds and linens are very comfortable, every kitchen and living room appliance is available at your fingertips. "Clean, centrally located in quiet neighborhood. Coffee pot needs replaced. Cleaning person still cleaning when we arrived and was waiting before check out time the day we left. Aside from that, great place. Outdoor living area and being able to bring a dog were appreciated!"

"This is a quiet neighborhood in March. Might be much busier at high season. The directions to the house were spot on. The garden area is private and fully fenced which was excellent for my pups. The sand is right outside the back gate and you can hear the roar of the sea sitting in the garden area. I am 75 with knees that are in decline. The sand dunes were a challenge for me. A map of the trails would be nice. My few days were rainy and cold, but it was cosy and warm inside. Some reviews...
