"I loved my stay at The Baxley! The location and proximity to Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction was extremely convenient and walkable. I would recommend anyone to stay here for their attention to cleanliness, safety and overall staff kindness. Additionally, Louisa, the front desk receptionist, was patient and helpful to me on numerous occasions!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in the Seaview unit which was so pleasant, especially in the evenings, with a breeze and views all around. Children and I enjoyed spending time in the heated pool. Loved exploring the local area. Highlights were exploring the rock pools at the nearby beach (walking distance) and Science Space at University of Wollongong. Hosts were really communicative and welcoming. Many thanks for our stay. We hope we can come again...

"The location was great as it is very close to bus routes into the city which made getting around without a car easy. There was a bit of street noise in late evening due to the garage door not being sound proof but it was a nice neighbourhood to stay in."

"The property is close to the city and has parking however there are a number of issues with the property. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and took a long time to drain. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. There was considerable mould on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain is supported by rope. There was also hair in the beds. There is no check in desk as stated online, the property is down a lane directly off the street. The towels were thin and old considering the price we were...
