"Stayed twice in one week in different room types. Executive Studio okay for overnight but quite small so recommend upgrading to Master Studio as bigger and has kitchen. Avoid unit numbers 1 - 2 as right behind reception and has wall directly outside windows. Will definitely stay again, great value for money and beds super comfortable. No issues with cleanliness or bugs mentioned in other reviews. "

"Motel has a lower star rating but was convenient for my purpose of a Greenlane clinical center appointment, was able to walk to it, and the price was good. Was also walking distance to shop in Newmarket. No problems locating parking spaces for me. Would use this motel again. Regards, Ron."

"I stayed in a renovated room. Staffs very nice. The room was basic however good value for price. I liked the renovation efforts definately no frills but adds a freshness, simplicity and modern feel to the motel room. I noticed lots of noise from upstairs and tennis court across from garden however other guests were considerate and nil sport or noise late at night. The fridge was humming (there was a single bed in the lounge area) which was a bit annoying so i would not reccomend that area for...
