I had been given a slightly bigger room as I believe it was a quiet period for bookings; I would have found a room smaller than that to be a little cramped. The facilities were adequate though the quality of the wi-fi and of the very limited choice of tv channels was a little frustrating. "Beautiful old hotel with the best bedroom we've ever stayed in. Massive comfortable 4 poster bed. Don't expect modernity in the room, as that is not its charm, but it's lovely. Staff are excellent as well and the food is good in the restaurant "

"Very charming place made up of a row of townhomes that have been beautifully restored. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The full breakfast offered many delicious options. Haymarket was about a 10-15 minute walk to the key tourist destinations. As we had tougher weather, we ended up with more Ubers back and forth to the hotel, but they were very reasonable fares. "
