"We had the best time visiting TN. Jeff was a wonderful host. Openly and proactively commucated leading up to our stay. We had one hiccup where my reservation letter provided the incorrect unit number and we couldn't access our condo. Jeff quickly identified the issue in seeing we were given the wrong unit and Jeff was quick to respond and got us into the correct unit and settled. The cond was cute and in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to many restaurants and stores and only 30 minutes...
