"It was a nice hotel and have a store to make it convenient to buy whatever as needed something to eat after going to Disney. I didn’t like the fact I was misinformed about the shuttle to get to Disney park. I booked the hotel due to offering of shuttle to the parks. We totally didn’t get to use that perks of transportation and I’m very disappointed that the staff didn’t even felt sorry that we had to take the Lyft going to and back from the Disney parks. We even stayed 2 nights knowing that we won’t have to worry about getting transportation. "

"The hotel is very good, with excellent customer service. It's a relatively new hotel, so the facilities look brand new. It's very clean and the green areas are very nice. The only thing I disliked a little is that the wooden floors in the rooms make it seem like all the footsteps of the guests above can be heard. This is something the hotel should consider, in terms of better soundproofing the floors from footsteps."
