"The home is in a great location for walking to Nevada City, and the hosts are very friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable about the area. They definitely improved our night with a recommendation to eat at Dakan - which was amazing! The only cons are that the mattresses are quite stiff, there are no TVs in the house - which could be great if you want to unplug - and there's not a super cozy place to just plop onto a couch and put your feet up while tucking yourself into a soft blanket. But...

"If you are looking to stay with a large group of friends or family, this is a great property. The lake views from the living room(s), and balcony / hot tub were beautiful. Everyone got their own king sized bed, and there were three separate living areas to hang out in plus a giant kitchen and balconey. The host was responsive and accommodating. The location near was super convenient for skiing Palisades. "

"This is a great house that is basically a duplex. We were able to live in two separate spaces, which worked well for our group. One of the upstairs showers was broken and the property management was not able to fix it during our 7 night stay. "

"Our host Colleen goes above and beyond. So kind and thoughtful and respectful. The horse pasture is beautiful and the ranch animals are lovingly cared for. The ranch dog, Jax is so smart and a friendly presence. Can’t say enough about this beautiful place. Some very nice welcoming touches including; scones from a local bakery, fresh farm eggs, evening bon fire, filtered water pitcher, and the king size bed is very comfortable "

"Lovely and exhilarating "

"This condo is located at just 10 mins from Northstar resort and 6 mins from 24-hour Safeway grocery store. So it is a nice place if you plan to go to Northstar for skiing. For the house, it is good up to four people (very cozy) and kitchenwares and amenities (handsoaps, etc.) are well maintained. Overall, we were satisfied."

Only thing to mention was some extra costs not put in the listing which would maybe effect someone's consideration of where to stay, which are additional costs for pets and pool.Pets: We allow pets(max 2) for 100 per pet for the entire stay.Pool Heating: If you’d like to have the pool heated during your visit, please let us know in advance. We charge 50 per day for pool heating, and we’ll need time to ensure the pool...

"We wanted to rent a cabin that would be warm and cozy and close to a ski hill. We got both. The cabin is knotty pine inside and was very clean. The guys got to ski, the little one got to play in a lot of snow and the cabin kept us warm and cozy. It had everything we needed to cook and plenty of beds to sleep in. It had a beautiful view of the south Reno valley. we were able to use the supplied snow blower to clear the driveway to go skiing. We had an unexpected amount of snow come down in a 24...

"House is so spacious and beautiful. Riaz is very prompt with his responses and accommodating to the changes with my reservation. Check in, check out and house rules are very clear and given in a timely manner.There are plenty of amenities in the home.It took us a bit to find a safe way down to the river but once we did, it was beautiful and fun for the little ones. About a 30 min driving distance to Lake Tahoe and/or Reno. Would definitely stay again!Thank you Riaz. "
