This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !"

"We really enjoyed the location of the carriage loft! It was close to town and stores but felt serene and private. The loft itself was well appointed and clean. There were some repairs that could be made, but nothing that impacted our stay or would prevent us from returning- for sure! All provisions for a full kitchen were included and the linens/towels were plenty and nice. "We had a great stay at the Hummingbird House! It was peaceful, quiet and a great place to unplug. There was convenient laundry on site and Tal and Audra were communicative and very kind and helpful. They even dropped off sweets for New Year’s Eve after asking if we had any dietary restrictions, which we do. Although the home feels secluded there is a grocery store as well as Petco only 15 minutes away. Downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City are fun to explore and also nearby! There is another...
