"Stayed here for a group ski trip. We had 9 adults, and there were plenty of beds & space for everyone. Excellent location, the Northstar shuttle made it really easy to get to the mountain and back. You can call it from an app in the morning, and then just hop on and give your destination in the afternoon. Private hot tub was a great amenity in the backyard. "Was pretty clean and cozy. There were some cobwebs and lots of dust we could see on the ceiling beams and on some of the furniture like the side of bed tables. WiFi was fine on our phones. Tv worked way better when we hotspotted to a phone. Otherwise it was great "

"The house is well appointed, well located, and well priced. It’s not luxurious, but it is well appointed. We had one hiccup with our stay which our host graciously took care off. Happy to recommend this house and host."

"Upon arriving we immediately walked through spider webs and noticed an odor in the air. It smelled like the house had not been opened in months to fresh air. The house was extremely warm and there is no AC. This was on the listing but we missed that. My wife went to wash her hands in the kitchen sink only to be met by 10-12 spiders chilling in the sink. Apparently momma spider was in the tub, which is where she met her maker. We then went on to inspect other areas of the home where we found...

"What a beautiful home and about 15 minutes to both Alpine and Palisades, as well as about 1.25 hours to Sierra ski mountains. We loved the walkability to downtown and dog park nearby."

"Triangle Ranch was the perfect getaway. The property was perfect for our family. Lots of rooms and sleeping choices for 3 kids (10,12,14). The inside is so well put together, decorated and fun curations of art, books and layout. Even though it was hot we enjoyed the games and sports outside. Loved a late evening bbq on the deck. Easy location to markets and food. Surrounding lakes in the area were beautiful and fun. Went up to Bullard Bay and got away from the crowds. Highly recommended."

"The bedding was very thin and not complete sets for either bed. The room smelled like a backed up drain and musty. The shower is unsafe as it has no light inside, it’s very dark behind shower curtain and the water turns scorching hot on its own. The room is also lacking plug outlets, only one under tv opposite side of the room from nightstand and definitely no usb plugs either. Property lacking any landscaping, just dirt.Very disappointing."
