"Genuinely if you’re in the area and seeking a tranquil little refuge. Look no further. Take it from a guy (me) who books everything last minute. I just happened to pick this place after a long day of hiking and traveling, only to discover how nice it was after. Clean cabins with wonderful owners. Close to everything in the nearby towns, but feels like you’re deep in the woods for a retreat. 10/10. "

"Spacious, well-designed home with inviting indoor and outdoor living areas. The kitchen is well-stocked, highly organized, and spotlessly clean, with appliances, cookware, and dishes all in excellent condition. "This was our second time staying at this lovely property. It is comfortable and has many amenities, such as the fire pit and picnic table, as well as Netflix for rainy days. It is a short walk to the town lake, and a short drive to Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid. Highly recommended. "

"Place was cozy & amazing. I love staying at the place. Planning to visit in next year will definitely try to book this place again. Good price & location. Its about 20 min away whiteface mountain around 30 min from Hog George Fall and about 45 to 50 min lake placid. One thing I feel that should be there is a fan on loft area for flow of air. There is bug ceiling fan in living room but not that much helpful. Otherwise everything is perfect."

"We rented both places, and our group had a great time. The house is clean and spacious, with plenty of nooks and crannies for a lot of people and things. We used one of the grills and the back fire pit without any issues."

"Daniel is very professional and communicates with you about any need for your time here. The river in the back is so calming and peaceful and the view..would most definitely come back!!"

The house was fabulous, the area very nice, easy to get around. Everything you needed to feel at home - the beds were AMAZING. thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is really clean and cute. The decor is fun. Parking is easy and we made use of the EV charger. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we didn't get to make use of the yard or deck. Would definitely stay again."

"This was my first hiking trip in the Adirondacks and this little house was just perfect for my visit. All the comforts of home from the welcoming living room to the nicely stocked kitchen to the beautiful outdoor setting. Very quiet neighborhood in the woods but easy to get to the places I wanted to explore. About a 20 minute drive to Lake Placid. Enjoyed the gas fireplace! Can’t wait to come back next fall because there is so much to do in this area! "

"After many years, we decided to get together to celebrate our friendships of old classmates and our 50th birthdays. The house was a perfect size for 12 of us to stay with plenty of room. All of the extra bathrooms made it so comfortable for us. The kitchen is fully equipped. We used the oven and stove for a Friendsgiving Feast. "I traveled solo was a great place to stay. The studio apartment was perfect for me. enjoyed the swings and fire pit outside was nice place to relax and read . Town is walkable distance and there's a grocery store right across the way . check in at other location was easy and gentleman was helpful and polite."

"We had a lovely restful week in this well-appointed cabin in the woods. The walls, floors, and even the ceilings are made of wood all assembled by a ream of excellent carpenters. The kitchen is highly functional and well-outfitted. The stove works very well. The living areas are very comfortable as are the bedrooms. We enjoyed the wood stove. The cabin is located at the end of a 100 foot / 30 meter driveway. and is surrounded by forest. We spent many nights sitting on the covered porch...
