"The location is in a huge shopping center with restaurants nearby. Security monitors the parking lots. Double room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant smell. Though the mattress was a little on the hard side for my taste, the bed was overall comfortable. Covers were lightweight but I just pulled out the extra blanket tucked away in the closet and was fine. With the exception of one, the staff was friendly and helpful. One desk clerk went beyond service and tied my husband’s tie for him. The rooms are not technologically up to date so don’t forget your plug in chargers. Full breakfast bar was plus average. This was our third stay at this hotel and we will definitely stay again. "

"One of the 2 beds in my room was heavily worn on the left side and I had to change beds due to sleeping on a steep slant. Very uncomfortable and unexpected."
