"Cute farmhouse that has recently been updated. It was in a good location, (it is on a very busy country road). The host was very responsive to messages and the house was very clean. The host gets 5 stars, however, there were a few things that kept me from giving an overall 5 star rating. The first is, the house says it sleeps 8-10 depending on the site. "Host sent code to get into the house prior to arrival and that process went well. This property was advertised as sleeping 17, which was not accurate. There were 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 double/ full beds. Which was only enough for 6 guest. My youngest had to sleep on the couch! Sheets were dirty with stains, hair and crums. Fortunately we all had a travel blanket and slept on top of the covers. Towels provided did not smell fresh or clean. All the rugs in the...
