"Former Memphian here living in Southern Florida returned to Tennessee for a family wedding. We enjoyed our evenings at the bonfire with my parents and children. The BBQ grill came in very handy. Since we have gas at home I was happy to see charcoal. Feeding the horses was fun, I'd not done that in many years. Nothing made me happier than the King Size BED with bedding that as comfortable as my own at home. Overall great property and we plan to return in 2025. "

"We enjoyed our stay. We had no communication with property manager - did leave a note about running toilet and wasp nest. There were no check out instructions so put towels in washer and left sheets on the beds. We enjoyed the town of Marion after spending the day in Memphis. The location was great and loved the quietness.. Never did see any of the other renters. I would recommend more than one TV and a flyswatter!"
