"We normally stay at this hotel as we have family in the area. We haven't had any issues prior. When we arrived to the hotel I approached the front desk to check in. The gentleman behind desk seemed rather annoyed with this. He was also annoyed with the people coming out from the pool area because they were dripping water on the floor.
