"Overall it was a good stay. My only issue is that there was long, black, almost curly, hair on my bathroom floor and on some of the bathroom towels. There were a few on my bed as well. Housekeeping and laundry staff should be required to wear hair nets. "

"Loved that it was a unique older small hotel. The room was beautifully styled. Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get in my room until 4pm. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Bar closed. Restaurant limited hours. I wasn’t able to enjoy my VIP perk of a free drink. I suggest let the free drink be something from the fridge in the room if bar and restaurant are closed. Staff were friendly. I would stay again."

"I stayed at this location alone during a conference at the Grand Hyatt which was about a 15 minute walk away (which I enjoyed through the nearby park). Outside the apartment was well lit which felt important because it did feel like I was just starting to get on the outskirts of the main action in the area. Cleanliness, decor, space, amenities all felt great. The bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent. I walked to the conference, to the River Walk, to downtown, to restaurants nearby...

The neighborhood seemed reasonably safe. I was texted by the suite manager a few days ahead with details around how to access the key and where to park. That was very reassuring. The key access worked exactly as she described with no problems. The suite was very nice and interior was very clean. There was a nice fenced courtyard...
