"The whole visit overall was enjoyable, and the access to the riverwalk was perfect. My only complaint is that after booking a room with a king-size bed and an accessible bathroom over a month in advance, in addition to calling and confirming that was the room I booked, I was initially given a room that was not accessible and told that the only room that had an accessible bathroom had a double bed or they could provide a shower chair. I went with the shower chair option. "

"The hotel was in a nice area with direct access to the riverwalk which was great. We enjoyed the stay but have two issues. Our toilet had to be flushed 3 or more times to clear it which seems to be the same from other folks staying there. The other issue is the $25 daily destination fee on our final bill which we were not aware of. We feel this is an unwarranted fee."
