There are many steep, uneven, and slanted steps within the castle and down to the Ardamis hotel. "This property within the walls of Monemvasia was beyond amazing. The character alone, proximity to the square and restaurants along with a private courtyard was beyond our expectations. Just a flight of stairs below is a swim area, so unique that you have to say you’ve done it! Be sure to direct message the property before you arrive, they will make sure to greet you and arrange a porter! The stairs are a lot so pack smart and light! "This is really good value for money. The family owing the place were very friendly. The place is outside of the town and a little up the hill, with a great view of the bay. The room fine but small, the kitchenette was good and well equipped. The place outside was like a nice garden with lemons on the lemon tree, when we were there. You got the feeling that all that was missing was a camp fire. "
