"This property has no parking. Once you find parking and walk to the street closest you have over a mile up hill and stairs. You have to carry you luggage, cooler, etc up many stairs. You need to be met by an employee because it is difficult to find and she speaks very little English so it was hard to understand where to meet her and so got frustrated. After seeing the place we immediately left and found the Vathi Hotel which is 5 stars and cheaper."

I hurt myself hiking during our stay and Mara got me ice and offered to take me to the hospital and the owner checked in on me and brought me an ice pack. We didn’t expect to need assistance during our stay and it was great to feel so well taken care of."

"Pros: Polite and helpful owners. Only a two minute walk from the city centre. Priceless view from the balconies. The windows shut perfectly in their frames, and street noise is never a problem. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully built and tastefully decorated in nautical themes and objects likewise. It is fully equipped and no household appliance is missing. Cons: Those of a larger frame might struggle a bit in the shower box, and have to use the bathtub instead."

"This place is amazing! We got to use two different places and they were both amazing! One was on the ground floor and the other second floor. Amazing view from both! This place is close to two markets, two beaches and an easy walk to town. We walked to “the rock” twice, there is a bus that takes you up the road but it is safe and walkable too. "As advertised, this is a 2-level, 2-bedroom apartment literally steps from the sea. A steady breeze blew over the Aegean as we stared at Monemvasia. Beds were comfortable. There are two bathrooms, and a kitchen we barely used. Nice outdoor seating and table. A great place to slow down and enjoy the view. Just a few things to know ... the beach is rocky and the waves 1-3 feet high so it's different from some beaches ... no wifi and cell service is spotty ... about 10 minute easy drive to...
