The hotel is new and clean, the furnishings and design has a luxurious feel, the pillows and bed was so comfortable that I slept well. The location is super convenient - I walked to all the main sights and shopping areas in Kumamoto, also it is located above the bus station and shopping mall - so it was easy to get to the Kumamoto train station and to get food. The last day was raining heavily, I was glad that I didn’t have to bring the luggage in the rain - it was all sheltered from the hotel to the bus to the train station. I could see the castle from my room, which made staying in very pleasant! "
