"Stayed overnight to catch train to Grand Cyn next morning. Depot right there and your bags are taken to train for you, for a small fee. Huge hotel, friendly staff. But our room had a terrible shower and very soft mattress, so a low score on comfort. Limited dining option; Spencer’s Pub just ok. Harvey bufffet was good for breakfast. Best to venture into town of Williams for dinner. This is the best hotel choice for the GC train - their system works!"

"This motel is an older -say 1950’s- type place that has been well maintained. The place was clean and the mattress was superb — as I needed a good night’s sleep! The Lady during checkin was pleasant and efficient. It’s located in an area with plenty of restaurants and other touristy places - being on historic Route 66!!!!"
