"Can’t fault the hotel, clean, cosy, a great reception with seating and free hot drinks machine for guests. The room was on the small side and the bed isn’t the comfiest, but it’s fine for a short stay. Ideal 5 min walk from Kings X/St Pancras. 30 min walk to Oxford Circus. Luggage storage at £3 per guest. "

"Comfortable room, lovely staff (special shout out to George). Only let downs were… room too warm, despite setting it as cold as possible, led to two nights of poor sleep. No shampoo/shower gel in bath area, meaning a bath was impossible. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was so perfect for us, especially as we were seeing Wicked at the theatre only a 5 min walk away. If you are using the Gatwick express this is also perfect location. Lovely to actually stay with breakfast included. So much choice in a beautiful restaurant. "I try to stay at the Mitre House on all my trips through London. The location is excellent, yet far enough away from the busy streets so you don't hear much traffic noise. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good."

" A lovely but short stay in the hotel (we were only in London for one night!) but the room was lovely and comfortable for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and the bathroom huge! Lots of lovely touches for kids as it was during half term and a great breakfast (kids ate free!) "

"The Tudor Court Hotel (TCH) was a great place to stay. It was a block from Paddington station and a ten minute walk to Hype Park. Location is excellent for catching the Tube or Heathrow Express. Many restaurants and pubs in the area. Little Venice was a nice canal walk with bars and restaurants. The TCH was clean and had everything you need. The room was small but we only slept there so it was fine. The staff was outstanding. They are there all the time and always greeting you warmly and...
