"We stayed here with the in laws and our 2 young children for 5 nights. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and lots to do in the surrounding area, mostly accessible by car with a few walks from the village. The host was friendly and communicative but we had total privacy throughout our stay. "

"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...

"We booked two barns to celebrate New Year and my retirement with family. It was a really large space for us all. We had a great stay. Only downside was the barns need a bit of updating. Otherwise perfect for us all."

"Comfortable clean home with everything we needed and 15 min walk into York,which is a lovely town with plenty of shops. Also shops nearby including a fish and chip shop. Only downside was trouble parking but we found somewhere not too far away. "

"We stayed at Launde Barn for a family birthday celebration and I would recommend the barn and its hosts in a heartbeat! Barn was modern, smartly furnished, very well equipped (kitchen and outdoor games especially), and cleaned to a very high standrard. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space with the calming backdrop of the sheep.Cyntra and Marcus were very welcoming and communicative hosts from the outset. Highly recommended and we would love to return. Thanks for a great few days :-)"

We loved the conservatory- kept beautifully warm by the kitchen range, though cooking with the range was tricky and we didn’t discover the microwave until the final day! "Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. Communication before arrival was great, as was check in when we were helped with our bags down the steps and shown around. Anita (our host) was on holiday...

"The provided facilities, in terms of the fridge shack etc could do with updating and the site is a lot smaller than anticipated so we were greatful of only one other pod being occupied. Had there have been others there, there wouldn’t have been much privacy at all. Coat hooks being on the same wall as the plugs/shelf etc meant coats hanging over the kettle , but the pod itself was lovely and clean, amazingly comfortable bed. The toilets and shower blocks were very well kept and clean. Perfect...
