"This is a lovely house. Spacious, but still cosy in winter. Very close to a good bus route into Oxford. Even though it is near to Oxford centre, the house and garden are very private, down a quiet lane Everything was spotless, and the kitchen island was a great place for the family to prepare meals together. "Excellent value accommodation in an area where hotels etc are really expensive. Easy to check into reception, room is clean and has everything you’d need. It was very quiet and not many folk staying. Security is a bonus ….. we were really impressed and will come again. "

"First of all, this property overlooks gorgeous meadows, and in the morning you’ll wake up to birdsong and golden hour (there are blackout curtains though, should you need them). I saw so many varieties of birds, I almost bought a birding guide just for my stay. My favorite were the magpies. Good basic accommodation

"Easy check in, though I think £15 for 1 nights parking was a bit steep. We just wanted a bed for the night with no frills. The room was clean and tidy. The en-suite looked as if it was newly refurbished and had nice toiletries supplied. I would have liked a hand towel and another bath towel as there was only one between the two of us. But all in all, it provided what we needed for a one night stay. "
