"Very nice hotel and super friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, they were let down by the water taxi firm who were late to great us at the airport. We were suitably compensated so happy with the end result. We were upgraded to a twin balcony room with jacuzzi. We didn't need the jacuzzi and the walls of the terrace block any available view. "

"We loved the location, staff were great and breakfast was great selection. The bathroom was really clean and a lot larger than we expected. The feedback I’d have is we found the room rather hot but weren’t able to figure out the ac. We had to open the bedroom window instead which made the room nosier at night. Otherwise it was great."

"Wonderful 2 night stay, well located with very easy from Rialto/San Marco travel links. Hotel was clean and we were greeted warmly at check in. Room was very comfortable and had a nice view over one of the canals. Would stay again. "

"This historic hotel is in a most convenient location within a stone’s throw of the train station and water bus stop. It is away from the high attraction tourist areas and near to some great dining, and shopping. The hotel itself has the best staff and service. They are always pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. The courtyard is beautiful and tranquil. This is the third time I have stayed here and will choose Hotel Abbazia every time. A great value and a wonderful stay."
