"Exceptionally clean room and comfortable beds. Very sufficient and nutritious breakfast. Worth noting that it is a bit far from the city center and on Sundays the bus runs only every 30min, but the breakfast makes up for this along with the proximity to mountain walking trails up the mountain. The hostel seems to double for student accommodation, so this can lead to noisy behaviour from students. "

"Villa Oleanna is magical. The view from the room, the view from around the property is amazing and mesmerizing. The rooms are terrific, the entire property is wonderful. And the proprietors are caring, warm and everything one would want in a place to stay. Sitting outside with a capuccino looking out at the fjord as the sun sets--- Wow. We will go back as soon as we can."

"The hotel was great, no elevator to the 6th floor so I had to walk from 5th up the stairs. Which is fine except when I first arrived and the key card didn't work and I had to go back down again with luggage to correct it. Parking was also a bit distant considering rain"

"Overall a really good stay. Apartment was spacious and comfortable in a good location which was quiet but not too far from the centre and local attractions. Only issues we had was a problem connecting to the Wifi which took well over 24 hours to receive a reply to our query and a couple of things would have made our stay even better, for example, a small shelf in the shower would be useful for toiletries and a kettle that doesn't spill! "Wow just wow...amazing Hotel to stay in. The beds were super comfortable. The bus right at the door to get you to Bergen airport . Beautiful surrounds. Breakfast was good..not as much variety due to renovations, but still great. Light meals at night were delicious. And the staff went above and beyond. A huge shout out to Alejandro in the kitchen amazing, Satou your meals were delicious(would like to know the fish dish with the leeks and other vegetables?) and Stuan thankyou for the hot milk. Kamile your welcoming was excellent, Amalie your help was greatly appreciated and Mia thanks for your outstanding hospitality on our last day, you truly know your stuff. We can HIGHLY recommend this Hotel. 10/10"

"The hotel was within walking distance of dining, shopping and the Funicular. The breakfast offered each morning had a broad selection of breads, meats, cheeses and many types of egg dishes. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. I would highly recommend this hotel."
