Only minor annoying issue (that is not the fault of the property) is that due to major road works it was a much longer walk into and back from the town centre than it looks on the map. "

No ceiling fans or air con in downstairs bedroom which gets really hot and no screens on any doors or windows so hard to cool the place down. Broken door handles, curtains coming off the tracks, skirting boards broken - basic maintenance needed."
